We can take care of all aspects of your home from carrying out regular property inspections and associated documentation. With a minimum of one visit per month, we can work out a visit schedule to suit your requirements.

We will work with you to create a tailored home management service to suit your needs, including but not limited to the following:

Property checks and security visits
Decluttering and re-organising your home
Staging your home for rental or sales photos
Sourcing and dealing with tradesmen
Collection of deliveries on your behalf
Assistance with decorating or renovations
Planning immediate and long-term improvements or projects

If you are looking for someone to be a trusted keyholder for your holiday home when you are back at your permanent address, we can also take this off your hands.
