Home & Holiday Home Management
We are a one-stop shop for looking after your second home in the south of France. From liaising and negotiating with tradesmen on your behalf to supervising work carried out by cleaners, we are focused on keeping your holiday home clean and tidy, while preparing for your return.
Our home and holiday home management service includes:
- Weekly/Monthly visits to your property as required
- Inspection of properties and all supporting documentation
- Security checks & keyholding
- Attendance at your property to take in deliveries and deal with tradesmen
- Up keep of your property, including renovations and decorating
Garden & Pool Management
Gardens and swimming pools can often be overlooked when it comes to the upkeep of your holiday home. However they are just as important and you might even spend more time in your garden when you spend time in France. Our garden and swimming pool management service takes this into account and we will carry out a range of maintenance tasks to keep your pool and garden in the best condition, ready for your return:
- Managing pool issues and liaising with specialists
- Installation, maintenance and emergencies related to security and gates
- Installation and upkeep of railings and pool fencing
- Organising and liaising with landscape gardeners
